After we complete our initial video consultation, I will have you book the site measuring appointment via a scheduling link I will share with you. For our appointment, I will need access to the desired project space so I can draw a floorplan and take measurements in order to create a layout that accurately represents your space. Dimensions and photos are an important part of the design process so that we make sure your space will fit the pieces we are selecting in size and style. Seeing the finishes in your home or space in person is an added bonus as often colors do not come through properly in photographs. However, this is not a requirement for the completion of your space!
Requirements:

This is an add on only for any of my services that require spatial planning! This includes Layout Design, Rug Sizing, Single Item Selection, and Full Room Design Package.
Paint Color Recommendations

Completed between stages: during moodboard stage- to be added to solo moodboard or full design package
When creating your design, I will select a color palette that helps to create your full vibe. This normally includes a general paint color, but is not a specific brand or paint selection as there are so many color options out there to choose from. If you are looking for a specific color selection, this listing is an add-on option for which I will help you select specific colors instead! While I am not affiliated with any specific paint brands, I do have a few I prefer myself for their richer tones and colors, but I am happy to work with any brand offering you prefer.
*Note: this listing is an ADD ON ONLY for a full design package. I am not currently offering paint selection as an individual service.
Requirements:
✓ Photos of your space, if not already provided
✓ Final decisions on your moodboard from previous stages of your project
Deliverables:
✓ 3-4 actual paint swatches for each color recommendation within the space (if multiple colors are needed) for you to choose between. These will be sent to you as a separate visual.
✓ Examples of areas are: walls, accent walls, trim, doors, finishes, etc.
✓ Once these have been decided, I can use the specific color you chose in your future renderings to show exactly how it will look in the space with your other items!
Gallery wall design

When working on your Full Room Design, I always include general art as an example, as not everyone is searching for new art in their space, but it does help me give you a general idea of how the room could look fully decked out! A lot of the more maximalist styles include gallery walls, as the more collected overall look is a great way to show off multiple pieces you love all in one place. The service offered here is an Add On to your design in which I will select actual pieces, from art to candle sticks to floating shelves and other wall décor. After we have decided on your furniture pieces and arrangement for your design, I will be able to select art for your space as well. This gallery wall selection is a process and includes an initial revision after which the product list would be delivered with your final product list for the full design.

✓ Budget for overall wall and/or individual pieces depending on style
Deliverables:
✓ Selection and visual layout of 10-20 items (dependent on space)
✓ Includes wall art (framed or unframed), shelves, décor, art or any other combination you prefer

Large Art Selection

When working on your Full Room Design, I always include general art as an example, as not everyone is searching for new art in their space, but it does help me give you a general idea of how the room could look fully decked out! If you are looking for actual art selections however, I am happy to help out with that as well! After we have decided on your furniture pieces and arrangement for your design, I will be able to select art for your space as well. The art selection and product list would be delivered with your final product list for the full design. This does not include gallery walls- those are priced separately.
Requirements:
✓ Inspo pictures of your art style preferences
✓ Any current art being kept and displayed, this is so I can make sure the new selections are cohesive with the pieces you already have.
✓ Any relevant personal preferences- artist, gender, style, medium, etc.
Deliverables:
✓ 2-3 suggestions per location (max 5 locations per room)
✓ Frames and size suggestions will be included if needed. Frames optional, depending on style
✓ Product list with final design
Small Decor Selection
(Shelf or Surface design)

Will be completed during Revision stages, after final furniture selections, before final product list delivery

When finalizing a space, it’s very common to realize you also want new décor to make the room feel complete and the array of décor options out there can be really overwhelming! To save you the stress, I offer this add on to help you complete your room so that your small additional décor feels cohesive with the overall design!
Getting those final details right will be the cherry on top of the cake and help you feel truly at home in your space!
Requirements:
✓ Feedback on your current in-progress design about what kind of décor you would generally prefer to have in the space (eg: figures/sculptures, vases/botanicals, crystals, trays, candlesticks, bones, taxidermy, etc)
✓ Budget for individual items: eg. single sculpture=no more than 300 or 500, or full vignettes price: no more than 300 for all locations total
Deliverables:
✓ Renderings of final design with displays of items in the space (occasionally these may be very similar placeholders for you to reference with the visual selection page)
✓ 2-5 Vignettes of multiple items depending on your style and number of surfaces being styled within space.
Ex: A coffee table display, a console table display, and a single bookshelf display are all individual vignettes. I would provide around 2-6 items for each spot for you to purchase on your own via the product list provided
